Why can't I leave any reviews on any of my asset store purchases?

I have the lion-share of my purchased assets downloaded into my current Unity project. But every single one says that I need to download the asset to be allowed to review it. They are literally all downloaded. I don’t understand what the asset store wants from me, but I really want to rate this asset to let people know about it.

My account’s existed for a well over 5 years, and I’ve purchased well over 50 assets, so I am not sure why it would refuse to let me review any of them…

There is a thread about this over on the Asset Store sub forum. It seems like there is a workaround, but it would be nice if this would get fixed. Cannot post review on Asset Store
