Why can't i post in the new forums??

Hello i type this message in the hopes of someone understanding my problem and can help me to fix it. So yesterday after i fired up my browser and went over to the unity forums and was browsing the site and came across a thread that i wanted to reply to but i couldn’t. The button that says “reply” is greyed out, i also cannot start a new thread. I thought this was a bug in my browser but after trying on 4 other browsers the problem still persists and its really annoying. I’m trying to contact unity to report my problem, however they stated to post my problem on the unity forums or unity answers, with the latter being impossible since i can’t start a new thread. Please can someone help??

The reply button is blue for me but does nothing when I click it.
The old forums worked fine.
