I need help with this… This is really annoying me too, I am trying to edit my terrain but whenever I create a new terrain there is no “Raise/Lower”, “Smooth”, “Paint Textures”, etc.
Set Debug Mode to be Normal in the Inspector. Currently it should have been Debug.
