Why click Meta Quest Support in Project Settings > XR Plugin Management > OpenXR > Android tab

I got a Meta Quest 3

Install Unity Unity 6000.0.25

Open project using VRCore template

Step 1
Click Play

No VR, so click “Meta Quest Support” in

Step 2
Project Settings > XR Plugin Management > OpenXR > Android tab > “Meta Quest Support”

Step 3
Click Play

Now I see the Demo in headset.

After on or offing it, the VR works. Just a single switch makes things work.
Can Unity pre-click it for me so it works out the box? Or rather fix this so it works out the box.

Why is step 2 necessary?
