Why cube color and lighting looks like that in Scene Tab ?

Did you previously bake lighting for this scene? Maybe back when you had some red objects or lights in the scene? Try going to the Lighting tab and generate lighting again, assuming it’s not set to auto. You could also clear the GI Cache in the Preferences menu.

That said…according to your screenshot you’re not using scene lighting (the little “sun” icon next to “2D” and the audio icon along the top of the tab. Which implies this isn’t an issue with the actual lighting… Does clicking that icon make any difference? Any chance this is just a material on your object? (So, do you see the same thing if you add a new Cube to the scene?)
