Hello. I have Just installed Unity 2019.3.1f1 at Unity Hub. But I can’t find Unity’s new device simulator package from package manager. Why? How should I use that? Thanks.

If you hold Advanced and check preview packages at Package Manager, You will find Device Simulator package.

Please See under Advance Settings and under that option, Just enable the Enable Preview Package option from that and Automatically you will get all the preview Packages there. I Just tried on my PC and it is working perfectly fine.
