Why do my assets have such a sandy/gravel look?

A lot of my Assets look like this and they also have a strange flickering when moving the scene camera. In my last URP project this stuff looked a lot different. All assets were loaded with the default settings as intended by the creator.
Does anyone have an idea where this is coming from?

I can’t imagine that it’s the assets themselves, they are from five different creators.

Im using URP LTS 2022.3.15f1.

It’s because your ambient occlusion settings in the URP renderer.
