Why does following error keep coming up and how can I fix it?

Win32Exception: ApplicationName=‘C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\Tools\RoslynScripts\unity_csc.bat’, CommandLine=‘/noconfig @ /UnityTempFile-6316b9040c3012547999582cc3d11ea6’, CurrentDirectory=‘’, Native error= The system cannot find the file specified." this is the error that keeps popping up when I start unity (I tryed with multiple versions). I don’t know does this have anything to do with last one, but after I create script I can’t do anything with it becouse script class can’t be found even after I checked that names are same.

I just checked and when I run program it says that script it self can’t be found
