why does scene item become visible in Hierarchy?

hi I have a problem. the scene item become visible in hierarchy when I play the game.what’s problem?

You can remove it by clicking on the scene MouseRight button → Remove Scene.
It might appear, for example if you drag and drop exampleScene.unity file into Hierarchy.

No I can’t do it.I did not drop anyscene into hierarchy.
