Why does the new standard shader NOT reflect the sky box?

In version 2019.3.11,I create a sphere with standard shader and set the smoothness to 1.0,but it has no reflection of the sky box.

While in version 2018.4.24, reflection of the sky box appears with the same setting.


I suspect it is because of the version that I can’s see the reflection.
Or do I forget any addition settings in version 2019.3.11?

In 2018 I believe the Auto Generate option on the lighting panel is on by default. 2019 it’s off. So by default the reflection probes haven’t been built.
