Why does the Transform component look like Image 1, instead of the standard one (Image 2) in the Inspector window?

I am currently using Unity 2017.3.0 Version. The Image 1 contains the Local Rotation; Local Scale; Local Position etc. Image 2 contains Position, Rotation and Scale (Global). I changed the Toggle tools from Local to Global, but it didn’t work. Please help.
