PD: In unity 4 works perfectly.
It’s because of the indirect lighting… the light that is bouncing from one surface to another… That’s how GI works.
You could try reducing it in the GI Settings and adjust your light sources.
Please show me the settings for your point lights.

the settings for my point light are these:
You have to play with the intensity and bounce intensity.
The bounce light contributes to the indirect lighting (Global Illumination).
Just try it with lower values and wait for the bake to finish.
What you see in the scene view (before baking) is not what you get after baking because the indirect lighting isn’t calculated there.
You could also try to disable indirect lighting completely if you’re going for WYSIWYG.
But I don’t recommend that.
