Why does Unity not give customer support?

A month ago I posted this question in the answer section and never got a response, “Beat Saber crashes and BeatSaber_Unity 2018.2.14fl_3262fB260716 Pops up, any idea whats causing this?” Apparently “The Community” doesn’t know the answer, so why hasn’t someone at Unity stepped up to answer the question? Do they not know either?

To answer the question: Because Unity is not the developer of this particular game.

Beat Saber is made by a company called “Hyperbolic Magnetism”. Contact them here:

If you are experiencing crash or similar “game not working” behavior please include whole content of log file inside code and /code tags in your post. Log file can be found in this location:

Unity is a game engine, and that just means they made the game using Unity hence why you saw the unity logo upon crashing.
