Why doesn't SwitchProControllerHIDInputState define Submit and Cancel usages?

The class “SwitchProControllerHIDInputState” doesn’t define usages for “Submit” and “Cancel”.

Why?

The default actions that ships with the input system uses these usages for handling input in UI.
SwitchProController can’t be used in UI by default.
