I noticed like starting 4 years ago or so Text no longer shows up in the Scene window?
did you enable it from the Gizmos menu in the top-right of the Scene view? weird that it’d get disabled between releases, I haven’t noticed that.
if you’re actually referring to the text content itself, that’s most likely a bug in your unity version

No one really knows what issue you’re facing because you didn’t provide anything other than a screenshot of it not showing up, there’s no way to help.
This is a bug on your side, and I can see right off the bat your anchors are at 0,0

So m going to guess its something wrong with how you’re setting up your rects.
Provide more info and we can help.
Why would the anchors matter? Either way if it shows up in Game window it should look the same in the scene window.
