Why doesn't the move tool work when I enable grid snapping?

I want to move objects with the Move tool while grid snapping is on but it only works with it off.

I assume you’re using ProGrids package.It will always snap if progrids is working.
Turn this option off if you want to use the move tool normally

Are you use snap option when toggle Global Orientation?
try it if still not working upgrade your unity editor
