Is there a specific technical/conceptual reason why VFX Graph Output Block doesn’t accept multiple “input” connections?
The same for the Update block in that matter.
It would be a more intuitive way to reuse at least these part of the blocks and at a glance I don’t see the conceptual conflict, but maybe I am missing something.
I understand Subgraph blocks have more flexibility, but it could be an complementary system.
One thing that I am missing right now that I had both in the old system and in the Decima engine is to have one effect with all behaviour, looks etc, but placed at multiple points with multiple timings within the same effect.
There are possibilities with a parent effect or placing multiple systems, but they all seem quite cumbersome to maintain.
To set the same thing up with Subgraphs it seems to me that I need to juggle 3 different subblocks? But maybe I am also missing something there.
