I have never used Photon, but I had used Unity’s old Raknet which most of photons API is based on. I try to keep it brief as there’s a lot to cover here. First of all the error you see is most likely related to the way you have instantiated / created your “BuildTools” gameobject / prefab. Any networked object that has a viewID must be created with the special Instantiate method that comes with Photon and not with Unity’s Instantiate as you can read in the documentation.
