I am writing to appeal the recent blocking of organization for the violation of the UGS Terms of Service. Unfortunately, we received notification of this action without any specific reason provided.
We ran tests with a mobile game publishing company to see retention rate and other results. For the purpose of limited user acquisition they ran ad campaign on Facebook. Could it be somehow the reason? We always do our best to comply with the rules and we hope this issue will be resolved soon.
