Can someone help me how to fix my asset store in my unity3d software?..Because I can’t open it… the only thing appear on it is a white…How can I fix this because I want to get the free 3d characters for my thesis project in school…help me please 
Probably you need something like a credit card in order to get the store working. Even if you are looking for free models.

How long have you waited? I have found that the AssetStore within the Unity Web engine is really sensitive to your internet speed.
Usually, with my slow connection these days, I have to wait about 1-2 minutes before it’ll finish it’s work. Usually, I open it and go do something else, to come back later.
Additionally, it may load faster, if you go to the AssetStore’s website, find the product you want and open it from there, with the Open in Unity button. Then Unity will load and the AssetStore tab will load directly to that page. (Still might take a while. Just let it sit there.)
Clarification: You don’t need a credit card for getting free models from the AssetStore, just a bit of patience.
