why if updating unity 2021.1 to 2021.2 hdrp is removed from the project?
the package manager says hdrp is installed, but there is no hdrp trace of any settings or the ability to create hdrp settings, but the materials are as hdrp and everything is transparent.

Just don’t update Unity.

If serious…

  1. Try to delete Library folder.
  2. Try to reimport all.
