Why imported character fingers blend up?

model in 3ds Max is ok, but the fingers rotates more in Unity during animation.

Did you possibly forget to export/import the finger nubs (dummies)? Or weight the tips of the fingers to the nubs instead of the last finger bones?
Could also (maybe) be related to the characters T pose.

Solved. I just put a T pose on first frame in 3dsMax
