Why is my App appearing in Settings>Mobile>Mobile Data?

My game is in Beta, and have just noticed that my game is listed in Settings > Mobile > Use Mobile Data For…

Problem is, my game doesn’t require wifi/data, so why would it be listed here?

I’m using the following plug-ins - maybe one of these are using it?

Prime 31 Etcetera
Prime 31 Game Centre
Prime 31 Admob
Prime 31 iAd

Easy Save 2 V2.20
iTween (obviously not but just listing anyway)
Sprite manager 2 (as above)

U3DXT (Social only)

Everyplay (I’m suspecting this one is the culprite - however what would it be saving here? It should delete any video not posted! In settings, my app shows 2.2mb next to it)

And yes, I have “Requires persistent wi-fi” unticked in player settings in unity.

Cached ads?

Really? Hm… How can I tell? (Aside from disabling ads?)

I’m just speculating.

Have a look in Library/Caches in your app. As far as I can tell this is where ad files get cached.

Anyway, is it a problem for you?

It’s not a problem, per se. I’m about to submit to Apple in about a week and trying to pre-empt any issues they might have.

Game Center, AdMob and iAd all involve external data. For example, AdMob and iAd need to get the adverts.
