Why is my mouse cursor going to be like this?

I want to set my own mouse cursor, but when I set the cursor in the default cursor set, my mouse cursor will run on my computer and the mouse cursor will display the wrong result. As shown below.

Check the import settings of the cursor texture, it should be using the cursor preset
