Why is my texture upside down?

Hello. I’m new to Unity, and have been enjoying using it so far. I have run into a slight problem, which is that when I apply a material to a cube (or rectangle, I guess) on half of the sides it shows up as being upside-down. I’ve tried everything I can think of to solve this problem (except for making my texture vertically symmetrical, but that takes up way too much time) but I have yet to find a solution. is your texture seamless cause if not you’ll get this effect.

you might try painting out four boxes like this:

and putting your texture into the boxes (overlapping is fine)

You can also model your own cube in Blender or whatnot and set the UV’s as needed
