Just logged in and everything’s in Japanese for some reason.
Probably accidentally changed the locale? Or because of some kind of glitch it switched itself, who knows.
Here you can change it: Unity ID if I’m not mistaken.

I have the same problem. My local has been the same (not japan). My preferred language has always been English. It still displays the asset page as Japanese

On the Asset Store page(s), there should be a way to change the language in the footer.

Not working for me either. The Unity pages keep loading in Japanese.
Give them time for gods sake. It’s only been a couple of years. These things take time to fix. It’s Unity, remember!
