Hi community,
I am trying to smooth one of my terrain features using the smooth tool. Unfortunately, it’s not working.
I tried:
1. Reinstalling Unity
2. Reinstalling terrain tools
3. Trying it on a new terrain
4. Changing blur radius to 10
Nothing worked. Here are my settings:
Using Unity 2022.2
How can this be fixed? Pls help

I tried with strength 100. Still not working.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
Dont know what version of Unity your using, but i see a gear/cogwheel to the right of Smooth Controls, it should open more options…

I have a same problem, it’s not working tried everything.
So this is actually a bug. This tool used to work in older versions of Unity.
I was having a similar problem in 6000.0.x Smoothing tool didn’t seem to have any effect no matter what I did. I eventually had more luck by using the Set Height tool (shift+click to preset a height then paint the area)… And then the smoothing tool worked on the rough edges it created.
