Why is there no password reset in the forums?

I have sent 2 emails over 24 hrs ago requesting that my password be reset and still no reply.

why is there not a way for us to recover a lost password here on the site?

You mean this page? The one you get to if you follow the link on the login-failed page? You know, where it says, “Forgotten your password? Click >>>here<<<”… ;-p

Yea actually it doesnt display this link ever.

The only way I can get to the link you posted, is via the link you posted.

You go through 5 tries and get nothing.
