The ceiling was with a spot light and a emmission material light on itself, I dont know why there is a light spot on the floor. The game scene was full of those “lighting ceiling” ,some would bring “light spot” while the other dont.
PS: The ceiling was “lightmap static” for baking.


I realized that it is caused by the ceiling in downstair with a emmision light which is adjacent to the floor. Is it anyway to block the light ?
Try giving your floors/ceilings more thickness. Alternatively, you could disable baked emission and use area lights instead. In order to disable baked emission, select the emissive material, and set it Global Illumination property to None. The material will still appear as if is glowing, but will not contribute baked GI to the scene.
