Why is this the bottom of capsule collider?

Hi may i know why (_col.bounds.center.x,
_col.bounds.min.y, _col.bounds.center.z) is the bottom of capsule collider in following code? Mind illustrate?

// Vector3 variable to store the position at the bottom of the player's Capsule Collider
_col = GetComponent();

Vector3 capsuleBottom = new Vector3(_col.bounds.center.x,
_col.bounds.min.y, _col.bounds.center.z);

It basically takes the center position of the collider in x and z axis. So the position is in dead center from a top-down perspective. But instead of being totally center, the y position is the minimum thus Bottom-Center of the collider.
