Why is Vivox Credentials(API key) on UGS different from the vivox developer portal

The latest version Vivox Unity SDK can only use Credentials(API keys) for UGS, but cannot use another Credentials(API keys) for vivox developer portal.

Is the application on the vivox developer portal no longer supported?
