Why isn't light from point-lights evenly distributed?

Hey guys/girls!
Check out the image below. The lights from point lights in the scene aren’t evenly distributed on the floor. The floor is built with multiple tile cubes.
How to fix this since it looks really bad?

Make sure you are using pixel lights and increase the number of pixel lights in the quality settings if necessary.
