okay so i redownload/installed Unity i went to paint terrain texture, but there are no textures (besides default-particle), please help, God Bless 
you forgot to import the Terrain Assets bundle from the default ones installed along unity

no, i thought you meant the terrain assets on the asset store, but i dont have the sky boxes, and stuff should i reinstall it?
No, you only need to add the corresponding asset package.
out of the box projects are totally empty, you can decide yourself what you need.
the core scripts and character controller for example are in asset packages too
