Hello, Today I download Unity 5 B14 but when I open it looks like below pic. Is this normal? Why it looks like that?
Yes, it’s normal. That’s the default skybox.

Look at the middle of that pic looks crooked
previous betas wasn’t like that. It looks wired
The procedural skybox is work in progress. You’ll see it changed in the future betas too :).
About the crooked horizon…
If you want your mind blown, rotate the main directional light to be more horizontal
