Why my Occlusion culling result is coming this wierd ?

I have tried many settings but dont know whats the issue.

I have noticed that Occlusion culling works fine when the scene is started but as i move, things go wrong, see here-

I’ve seen something similar before on a model that had its faces separated in the 3D app. The solution was to use a 2-sided shader inside Unity. However I can’t say for certain that’s what’s happening with your scene.
