Why normal map always need be fixd ?

When I apply normal map to model why it always need be fixd ?
And the model with the fixed normal map is not as good looking as it in 3dsMax.
How to make the normal map doesn’t need to fix ?

The “Fix” the editor is talking about is just declaring the Texture asset as a Normal Map. When you click on the Texture asset, you will see several options in the inspector. At the top should be a drop down list of what type of texture asset it is. (GUI, Advanced, Normal Map, etc)

When you apply a newly imported texture to a material in a bump map slot, Unity detects that it hasn’t been set up as a Normal Map yet and gives you the “Fix” prompt. There are multiple quality settings you can use to touch up how the bump map is rendered, but chances are it won’t look exactly like it does in max.
