ok i’m definitely doing something wrong, I’m developing a 2d game (almost done) casual game for ios, my app is very large 78mb, so I have tried everything, I just make an empty project and build it in my iphone and the size is 59.8 mb :S!!!

This is likely due to whatever you may be importing at the creation of the project. Check to be sure that you are only importing assets/packages that you actually need.
If you can detail how you created the project, that may help. Make specific note of what (if any) packages you import on creation.
