wierd thing happening

hey guys, quick question…

i have a prefab of a character with weapon meshes attached. however when i turn them off in the inspector they dont turn off. What i mean is when i start the game the meshes are their again and turned on in the inspector.

i have saved back over the prefab thinking it was some sort of glitch.
i tried re making the prefab

what could be causing this

figgured it out. I had changed the transform of the armatures the mesh was linked to, so it was maxing out.
