It looks like it has a lot of potential, but feels rushed and incomplete.
I would keep the art, and continue building on the gameplay. As exciting as it is to release a product, maybe this could use some more love.

Looking good. Didn’t play it, so hard to tell from just the video… only thing I can see is that I’d make the “Tap here to move” and “Tap here to jump” less obtrusive – they cover a lot of the screen. Translucent would help, but maybe take a look at “Dungeon Hunter 4”, and probably other games… they have similar controls, but don’t cover the screen so much.
Ya it has good potential. It would be good if you can add audio to the following:
- Coin/mushroom etc collection sound
- Squashing enemy sound
- Jump sound
- Victory sound
This would definitely pimp it up.
