Will Apple accept an iOS APP build with Xcode 4.2 for iOS 5.1??

Has anyone build an iOS App on SnowLeopard 10.6.8 with Xcode 4.2 for iOS 5.1 and been accepted by Apple?

If I understand this forum post right it is possible to develop under SnowLeopard for iOS 5.1 …

…but is it also possible to release to the AppStore with that configuration??

My app is being reviewed. Xcode 4.2 (With the crack posted on several sites). So I sent an app for iOS 5.1 . I will tell you ASAP. Its the 6th day in waiting for review today. It should be reviewed either today or tomorrow.

Sorry completely forgot about it. 1st app was rejected due to issues in the app (not related to Xcode) After that an update to another has been accepted.

yes, apple will accept them even for ios 6
