Will I need to learn the Unity job system for a simple game?

I’ve been reading the Unity Manuel, and I’ve gotten to Job Systems. I want to make a simple game that will run on the average computer. There will never be a moment where there is too much going onscreen or behind the scenes. Should I really learn about job systems, or will I miss out on a useful feature by not learning it?

I’ve been using Unity for a while now and have felt no need to use the job system. If you make a game that could benefit from background tasks then maybe learn how to use it.

Thank you for the advice!

Nope. Totally unnecessary.

Just jump in and make lots of games that interest you, use lots of different tutorials, go nuts.

Best. Game. Engine. Ever!
