Will it work? (Unreleased android product)

So, I’ve been watching a new product that will release in September. It’s an android tablet that has a dual core 1.5ghz ARM Cortex A9 OMAP4 processor in it. I’m almost certain that Unity will run on it, but I’d like to check to be certain. If you need the full specs:
http://www.archos.com/products/gen9/specs.html?country=us〈=en

(The main thing that’s caught my eye is the fact that it’s got a 250gb hdd, AND it’s only around $350-400 for the 8 inch and $100 more for the 10 inch. {I’ll probably go with the 10 inch… because… well… …})

It just seems like it will be an amazing piece of tablet, and I don’t have a tablet, so I figured, since I’ll have enough saved up for it, and probably enough for unity android ($400 basic version) by then, it’d be a nice way to break into android development. (I have the slower Optimus V to test for different speeds, but multi touch is crap on it if you cross the touch paths.)

Yeap. I don’t see why newer android products especially the specs better than current one can’t run Unity unless it’s running on a newer os than honeycomb. It’s running on xoom so i guess it will be alright. Anyways i am also considering buying this. Looks cheap and good specs.

But if you want can take a look at xoom/transformer/samsung galaxy and compare the specs. If it’s somewhat similar or better, chances are. You can use this.

The only thing I was worried about is the processor, as I don’t know 100% what is required, except that Arm 6 stuff needs VFP and Open gl es 2.0+
