I usually dont bother with it as Unitron suits my needs but today I needed code folding and I see MD is still poked.
Is there any word on fixing it yet?

I can’t say but the monodevelop version that comes with unity 4.1.3 works ok for me.
Back when I was at 3.5 it was killing me, up to the point of undo not working properly and losing work over that!
