I purchased an Android license with Unity3d version 3.5 and am interested in upgrading to Unity3d v4. Will my Android license still be valid on Unity3d v4?
Probably not, but it doesn’t matter since the basic iOS and Android licenses are free now. (Unless the Android license you bought was the Pro version, in which case it won’t transfer, you need a paid upgrade to use it with Unity 4.)

And yes, I bought the Android basic license for Unity 3 before it became free… I was upset at the time too because I didn’t have much money and very little income and even now I still feel a bit salty about it but I guess I can get over it if I am able to use Unity 4 for free and still publish to Android! YAY!!! This makes me happy!
