Will the game be slower with more layers in unity？

I have about thirty layers in project which is up to to the maximum value . Will it slow the game ?

No, with a good collision matrix it will speed things up

All game objects, if not configured, are created on the Default layer where (by default) everything collides with everything. This is quite inefficient. Establish what should collide with what. For that you should define different Layers for each type of object.
