Will there be Shader Graph in the built-in pipeline ? And when?

As far as I know, nope. At one point they will replace the built-in pipeline with URP.

You can still use GLSL in built-in pipeline. I am planning to learn that as well, as sometimes the shader graph NEEDS GLSL written custom code, like for some toon shader implementations.
