Windowed player freezes when dragging title bar

I have run in background checked.

In windows, unity stops updating while you’re dragging around the window the game runs in.
This causes a lot of problems (+ lag spikes) in a networked game where you at least expect the host to keep processing the game state.

Is there any way to fix this / work around it?

I have the same problemm ??
