Windows 10 and Read-Only folders

Has anyone else experienced issues with Unity and Windows 10 regarding “read-only” files.

I have an issue where no matter what I do to reset read-only permissions they persist. I’ve tried numerous fixes to solve the problem but nothing seems to work.

I am attempting to use Terrain Composer 2 but there are issues with it working due to “read-only” issues.

Any suggestions?

fyi: I’ve engaged the developer but I don’t think it’s an asset issue, more like a Unity+Windows 10 issue or just a Windows 10 issue.

I remember there was similar issue somewhere on Te forum in past. I suggest to search. I am not sure I there were a.solution tho.

Did you try the solutions proposed on the web?
