Windows 8 Yes or No? (not phone)

Is submission for windows 8 store supported or not?

As usual unity is about as vague as possible. http://unity3d.com/unity/multiplatform/desktop
The only thing listed is a nice page boasting the effortlessness and ease of cross platform building.

I can’t imagine I’m the only one who gets a little tired of late support and no answers.

If by this you are asking, “Will the applications I build work on Windows 8” the answer is YES, BUT ensure the copy of windows 8 coincides with your build type. I.E. 32Bit will work on 32Bit, 64Bit will work on 64Bit.

I tested this with one of my Developers.

edit;
I should mention that this test was done on Unity3D Pro 4.0.0f7 (Built on a PC)

I’m sorry I should have been more clear. My fault.
I have tested a project I built with unity4 on windows 8 but was curious about support for the actual windows 8 store similar to how our games are wrapped, signed an prepped for The App Store or google play, etc.

Or is it like when the mac app store first came out. For months we had to do most of the prepping manually. It wasn’t super hard but is sure it nice when unity just works. For small teams cross platform support is much nicer when all that is handled. It’s hard to remember how all the SDKs unique steps when you wanna just submit an update.

thanks for your reply
