Windows Build Crashing, assistance needed in identifying the cause. Error logs provided

The game was able to run initially without crashes, but it is only just recently that all my builds begin to crash on launch. I’m able to build a Windows build successfully, no errors, but when I click on the exe it instantly crashes without warning.

Checking the errors logs doesn’t seem to state exactly what is causing it. I’ve created a new project and tried building (it works and runs without crashes) so it seems something in my existing project that is causing this crash but without helpful error logs I’m at a dead end.

I’ve tried:
Creating a new scene and building the project only with that new empty scene (The crash still occurs)
Deleting the Library folder (The crash still occurs)
Removing all my scripts (The crash still occurs)

Thanks but this didn’t seem to have solved the issue. I’ve set both version and build number to: 1.1.0
but the windows build still crashes on startup.

Did you make any other changes to project settings recently?

It might be worth it to report this issue to Epic, IIRC they’re pretty responsive on GitHub.

I’ve just tried creating a new project with nothing but the playeveryware plugin installed.
It builds fine (with 1 of the sample scene added to the build “P2P”) but the .exe crashes immediately. In this fresh new project, the project settings are left at default except for the product version and build which i’ve set to: 1.0.0

At this point since it is a fresh project, I guess it is safe to say that the plugin is broken? I’m pretty sure I’ve configured it correctly with the EOS credentials.
Or could it be my hardware which I doubt it is since it worked without crashes before.

I’ve tried asking in the EOS repo, it has been 2 days and the playeveryware team has yet to respond (Not sure if it is because of the weekend).

I’ve tested in the 2022 Unity editor in a fresh new project, and the windows build still crashes with the same error as above. The errors logs doesn’t seem to be helpful in solving this issue.

If anyone can advice it will be much appreciated. Or if you could, download the SDK and load it into a fresh new project and build one of the EOS included sample scenes e.g P2P, and let me know if your build crashes on load like mine. I’m not sure if this is system related or if the sdk is just not working.
